DISCOVER ST. ALBAN'S WILSTON EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRE
We are a boutique, child-safe Early Childhood Centre located in the inner northern suburbs of Brisbane, dedicated to nurturing preschool children aged 3 to 5 years. Our one-room setting provides a warm, homelike environment where every child feels safe, secure, and valued. The centre is supported by an active Management Committee and the Anglican Schools Commission, ensuring strong community and governance support.
Our small, stable, and passionate team of Educators delivers high-quality education and care, guided by the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework. The Government-approved Kindergarten Program is led by a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher, ensuring children receive a rich, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experience.
The close-knit size of our centre allows us to focus on each child’s individual growth and well-being. We prioritise building meaningful relationships, fostering social and emotional development, and creating an inclusive, supportive environment. At St Albans Wilston, children are encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive, while families are welcomed as active partners in their child’s educational journey.
We are located on the Wilston Parish site, conveniently situated between Wilston State School and St Columba’s Primary School. This location supports strong connections between our service and local schools, helping to ease children’s transition to school. We also maintain meaningful links with other nearby schools that our children may progress to, fostering a sense of community and continuity in their early education.
